GREAT experience!! I live in Florida, and when I traveled to Washington DC for a trip, I ended up buying a Subaru Outback from this dealership. I saw an ad online, there was a hurricane happening at home, the price was totally unbeatable, so I cancelled my flight and bought the car. It was $4k cheaper than other models that had more mileage. Due to the competitive price, I was unable to negotiate the price much lower, but that didn't surprise me. At the end of the day, the price was well worth the buy! When I first visited, I was a bit thrown off by the facility as I have only been to larger, more established dealerships before. However, I had the best customer service experience of my life here. The people were friendly, helpful, honest, and kept things short and to the point. Most importantly, YOU CAN TRUST THEM! I drove the Outback from VA to FL and a month later I brought it to my mechanic. The car was in perfect condition "bumper to bumper" he said. I truly enjoy my new vehicle. It looks good. It drives well. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely buy from Eagle Automotives again and would recommend to friends and family any day.
Put down a substantial non-refundable hold deposit because I live 2 hours away. Vehicle had a persistent mechanical issue which they intended to fix. Ultimately I got cold feet on that vehicle and called off the deal. They really tried very hard to do the right things to ensure the car was operating correctly before I took possession, but my intuition said that car wasn't for me. They were understanding and even refunded my deposit. I give 5 stars for trying hard to satisfy and doing good business. They were trying to do right by me and I appreciate that.
I called and made an appointment to see a specific car. Upon arrival, there was no where to park. An employee was standing outside and offered no assistance. This unaccommodating behavior continued as I entered the office, I stated that I had an appointment and was asked which vehicle and just handed the keys. The vehicles are parked incredibly close and it’s impossible to get a decent view of anything. The vehicle was dirty, littered was trash, and smelled. I returned to the office where I waited for a few minutes for someone to ask to test drive. I interrupted a conversation between two employees inside who continued speaking to each other after I expressed my question. I was asked whether I had an appointment and told to wait one too many times. I returned the keys and left. I called the number that I made my appointment with and Zachary also seemed indifferent about my disappointing experience. It was made very clear, on multiple occasions, that this business is indifferent whether they gain my business or not.
Price's was to high and they didn't want to work out a deal. When your dealing with customers and your not in agreement with the price and you counter offer a price people don't say no and walk off while your talking to them. When you compare CarGurus and other big companies don't compare yourself with there price's when your a smile dealership. You should have asked me what happen and how can I help you before you become defense. You should have said here's my number give me a call. That's how you handle business not make excuses. I'm responding to Eagle Automotive response to this review. Thanks you and have a great day.
We had a wonderful experience with Eagle Automotives. There were so many cars to choose from and we were able to find exactly what we needed and in our price range. Guillermo and his team went above and beyond to facilitate our decision process and had the car sparkling clean and ready for us to pick up. They even processed everything to get it registered. We would highly recommend Eagle Automotives to anyone.
